At FIT EXPRESS, we strive to provide high-quality EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation) training services. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any session or package through our website.
1. Digital Service & Non-Physical Product
All products sold on https://fitexpress.qa/shop/ are digital service bookings, specifically EMS trial sessions and training services. No physical products are shipped.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are considered only under the following conditions:
✅ Refunds may be granted if:
- The session has not been used, attended, or redeemed.
- The client requests a refund within 24 hours of purchase.
- The session has not been scheduled or confirmed.
- A technical error occurred during payment resulting in duplicate charges.
❌ Refunds will NOT be granted if:
- The EMS session has already been used or attended.
- The client fails to attend the session (no-show).
- The client cancels the session less than 12 hours before the scheduled time.
- The session was purchased as part of a promotion, discount, or special offer, unless stated otherwise.
- The client is medically unfit for EMS training but failed to disclose this before purchase.
3. Rescheduling Policy (Alternative to Refund)
Instead of a refund, clients may request to reschedule their EMS trial session if:
- The request is made at least 12 hours before the scheduled session.
- The session has not yet been used.
Rescheduled sessions must be redeemed within the validity period communicated at the time of purchase.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- Refund processing time depends on the payment provider and bank, typically 7–14 business days.
- Any transaction or gateway fees charged by the payment provider may be deducted from the refunded amount.
5. Medical Disclaimer
EMS training is not suitable for everyone. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have no medical contraindications (including but not limited to heart conditions, pacemakers, epilepsy, or pregnancy) before purchasing a session.
Refunds will not be issued for medical restrictions disclosed after the session has been used or scheduled.
